Every statement herein is supported by contracts, banking records, official correspondence, minutes, and other documentary evidence in the Companies’ possession.
- Prohibition of Defamation and False Statements
Any person who distorts, edits, or re-publishes the contents of this letter in a manner that defames the Companies or their shareholders, or disseminates false information, will be subject to immediate civil and criminal proceedings. - Warning of Serious Legal Violations
The misconduct described in this letter may constitute breaches of the Korean Commercial Act, the Capital Markets Act, and the Criminal Act, including crimes of breach of trust, fraud, and unfair trading. The Companies reserve the right to pursue full civil damages and criminal penalties against all responsible parties. - Restriction on Unauthorized Reproduction
